MAP sensor problems

Hey guys,

I posted here last year that I got a truck from the auction and it had a shagged engine. I got it back together again last summer and it's taken me a while to get to this point where I can screw around with logging and tuning. Work and kids come before play..

Here's the question; Look at the map sensor graph, I think the map sensor is crapping out. What do you guys think? It just started today with this log?

Is the IPR % the flat dashed line near the bottom?

I would add the EBP & VGT into the mix on your graph. That might shed some light. Getting 26psi of boost with only 59% pedal at 2000rpm doesn't seem right but if the VGT was sticking or not commanding properly from the EBP it might be possible?

I added EBP in orange next to throttle position. That dashed line is a reference at 650psi. There's no vgt to measure anymore. It's a Borg Warner 362 sxe turbo.

This is view is torque, from a PID and Injection timing histograms based on pulse width and RPM.. You can see the advance, that's why the power is coming on so soon. Little overboard.. Not the worst but not the best. I'm not chasing #'s, I'm just messing around to see what this engine likes and learning a lot a long the way.

If the truck is stock, don't really see anything I'd worry about.
Now you could diagnose to make it perfect to specs. But we all know the perfect specs on a 6.0 aren't perfect.😅😅 I know with mine I keep the specs in mind but also know there's things in the book that aren't perfect in an everyday motor.
