I have four of these brackets on the outside of my trailer and four on the inside. They hold an aluminum shelf/table that can be moved inside or outside.
I don't know what to call them. I need to buy two more of them, but it's hard to find them when I don't know what to call them.
You're welcome. In cases like this it usually works to simple describe the part by its function and run a search under "images". Than search through the images and click on the picture, which is what I did in this case. I often had to find parts for which I had not idea what they were called and sometimes they were out of production. Doesn't always work, but quite often.
The $11 shipping cost on a $20 small part reminds me why I rarely buy anything from JEGS. I'm going to suck it up this time. I searched around with the name of that part but JEGS seems to be the only one that carries it.
In case anyone stumbles upon this thread and is looking for the dimensions of these brackets that came from JEGS, I created a dimensioned drawing. I'm not very good with CAD so the drawing is "close" to representing what the bracket really looks like. The bevel referenced by "D" isn't a bevel in the drawing because I can't figure out how to make the tool do a bevel. Measurements are accurate within about .01" using my cheap digital calipers. No, I won't provide metric equivalents. But I will say that for a couple of the measurements, they were close enough to a round mm number that I had to wonder if the manufacturer might have produced them to metric dimensions. But everything else was so far off from round mm that my theory wasn't worth much.
