Torque Pro Issues
I've been working with the developer as there are multiple issues - he had to make changes to accomodate Android 12, and well now other things are breaking.
Some Tips:
If you fire up Torque Pro and it throws up a couple of permission screens, you MUST grant access to everything it asks for (or you'll end up like me, going back and fixing things)
The old file folder tree has to be moved, if you give permission right up front the App should move everything. If you're saying oopsy right now, you need to use a file manager program (Windows Explorer worked fine with my phone USB cable connected) and move Everything under the .torque folder to (if your files are internally stored) Android/data/org.prowl.torque/files/... If you have SD storage put /sdcard/ in front of the above string.
Update to the latest version out on google play
you may have to un-pair and re-pair your BT Adapter and in between boot your Droid device, then reselect the adapter in Torque Pro.
Later Android versions seem to be working pretty well. I'm on a Motorola Droid Turbo running Android 6.01... I do have a new phone on order, but was planning on the old guy becoming a dedicated device for this and other non-phone things.
The point I and a number of other users are at is Torque Pro is either unable to connect via BT to the adapter (it's flaky) OR if it does connect, cannot communicate with the vehicle (vehicle icon keeps flashing).
The Adapter I'm using is a generic one I bought in 2013 and can handle Fast Communication, does auto-reconnect (shut truck off and Torque still running, re-start truck), and has ALWAYS worked... Pretty sure this is on the App side...
Thought I'd give you all a heads up on this...

I tried mine after a long period of non use. I have a Samsung Note-4 and it was just like I just installed it new. Everything has to be set up again and it doesn't want to communicate.
I'll probably go back to the Scanguage II. I just don't have time to try to reinvent the wheel with this thing.

I'm still testing and sending debug log files to the developer. Torque Pro won't connect to the adapter or talk to the truck. I've verified everything works by loading up Torque Lite, which communicates just fine...
I only did a KOEO building a debug file for a minute or so and it never dropped connection on me. I stopped the debug capture and exited and then restarted Torque Pro and it connected up right away. All of my PIDs were reporting just fine. I rebooted my phone and pulled and re-connected the BT adapter before testing btw...
So - go download the latest version! It seems like there are differences in these devices and Android builds, so there may be other units out there that will still have issues...

On Edit: Wanted to add another thing to try if your files are not in the right place for Torque Pro to see them: Download the App FileManager Plus. While I didn't try this, it was reported on the Torque forums that it would move the files around for you...
