I was looking at dashcams but thought I would check and see if anyone is aware of any device/modification that can be done that uses the 360 cameras as a dashcam system? Seems like the ability to record all the factory cameras would be a high demand option, if it exists.

I know this is an old thread but I came to ask the same question. Did you ever find a good answer or more info on how to do this or if it can be done? Seems like the 5 cameras my truck already has should be enough without having to add another one!!!

Wow that would be awesome. This would be a great idea if it's possible... you'd think someone could create a dongle that can do this, but I am no computer engineer.
Not worth it since the quality of image from the cameras basically sucks. Recently I bought a Wolfbox G840s with GPS and rear camera. It mounts over the rear view mirror and is 4K. Picture quality is awesome, the only downside is that I have the housing for the front cameras blocking a portion of the camera so it doesn't get a full view to the right. I am waiting on the weather to warm up so I can put a mirror mount on the windshield to mount it lower to get around the housing. It can be switched to use the front, the rear or both at the same time, and can view the rear in motion. I mounted the rear camera on the sliding part of the back window so I have a view of the bed as well as what is behind on both sides.
It's only a matter of time (and probably a short time!) before most/all vehicles record from the factory cameras like a Tesla.....it seems silly we all have to go buy cameras and wire/plug them in to get a dashcam in this day and age.

I disagree wholeheartedly. Ford's cameras are better than most on the market, based on towing experience with other cameras and vehicles.

They are not 4K, and with the recall on many, the rear camera is CRAP. Add in the fact they sit low, you won't get the full picture a top of the windshield mount will get. The G840s I have does split screen front and rear, and the picture quality far exceeds what the trucks cameras put out.

really curious what cameras you have on your truck you are comparing to the g840
