2017 Ford F350, Dually, 6.7 330,xxx miles. 3d engine, 130,xxx miles. Deleted.
IF Codes deleted truck runs and operates normally. Suddenly, I simultaneously lose audio on the entertainment system, 911 warning, a wrench icon, and a fuel hiccup that creates a minor stall and then more stalls if the throttle is at a certain power level. Codes include: P01C5, B1A01, P1853:00, P1841:00, P1853 - Transfer Case Contact Plate 'B' Short Circuit To Ground, P1841 - Transfer Case Shift Motor Short Circuit To Ground, P01C5:00, P0685:00, P01C5 - Fuel Pressure Sensor A Circuit Low, P0685 - ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit / Open, - I think that is most of them.
I suspect that all of these codes point to a single problem, e.g. a defective PCM or similar. But ????
There is a large plug with may wires, below your master cylinder. At night get a flashlight and look down on top of your fender liner. See if it came undone. My '19 did recently. My son found it by accident.
Did you mean 3rd engine instead of 3d? Thats an engine every 100k, I thought the 6.7s are supposed to last forever, or at least thats what I'm seeing in the 6.7 vs 7.3 threads.
I found a couple of connectors - they were grimy. I'll get some dielectric grease and treat the connectors to keep them safe. However, I doubt that this is the problem. I suspect the PCM and/or PCM....

My experience with Ford 6.7s has not been pleasant. It has been expensive. 330,000 miles, 3 dead engines.

Youre not alone my friend, My brother just had Ford replace his 2015 6.7L at only 98k and his wife's truck, a 2016 6.7L had the engine replaced at 120k. My brother also worked as a Ford Tech for 13 years and cursed the diesels and then changed his mind and bought two that ended up treating him just the same as the trucks he used to repair.
As for your problem, how long have you had it deleted and the delete program operable? Id suspect if the delete was recent something in the delete software rewrite is causing it.
Sounds like the system is load shedding, since you are loosing the audio system ( and probably some other options as well)
With all that weirdness going on the first thing I would suspect is low battery voltage. That can drive these trucks nuts. How old are your batteries and are they being properly charged by the alternator?
