I didn't add the camper package to my 350 because of the heavier front springs. They make the front sit higher and make the truck look squatted when hauling a load. I am going to add the oem bar for $250.
I had an F250 with camper package, never had a slide in bed camper, the front end sat high, and the front end rode rough with the stiffer springs. IMO, the stiffer springs on the front hurt the weight transfer of my weight distributing hitch for the travel trailer. I now have a F350 SRW that has a lighter front spring pack than my F250 with camper package, the F350 SRW has the beefier rear axle spring pack and overload/helper I was wanting, then I added the oem sway bar (inexpensive and easy install) when the truck came in. Philip.

I was looking for an 2020 F-250 when I purchased an F-350 camper/snowplow pkg and 11,500lb GVWR. My 31' long, 12.5' tall and 8.5' wide 11,400 GVW RV needed a truck with a solid suspension. In the first week I clipped and drove over a deer, so in week two I installed a very heavy grill guard. My weight distribution hitch worked as it should, yet when I improperly loaded the RV and had not properly adjusted the hitch, the truck looked squatted in the rear. When FORD offered to buy the truck back at a profit I was about to install an air suspension and onboard air. I ordered a '22 F-350 SC LB Lariat 6.7L with every option except adaptive steering. 2020 F-350 STX 6.7L towing a 31' Forest River 24 GOLD 14 Toyhauler
I won't own a pickup truck without a rear sway bar. I specifically chose the camper package to get the rear sway bar. I could go either way on the +1 front springs.
I ordered my truck so I didn't have to do any modifications to it. Since I bought it in early 2017 I've done only minor changes like all-weather floormats, a dashcam and Rancho 9000XL shocks. I'm quite pleased with the truck.

Not only does the truck have the camper package it has the snowplow package and there is maybe a 1/2" drop with no sag.
Truck was Cat scaled right after picking it from dealer and scaled after adding all my stuff that's carried daily.
The top image is totally unloaded truck weighing 7,220#.
Steer axle 4,240#
Drive axle 2,980#
Trucks will squat when carrying "heavy" loads, there's 1,240# and little to no squat. The load capacity of the truck is 4,280# and if squatting was a concern carrying a heavy load I'm sure a set of airbags would even the appearance nicely.

Same here. I got my truck in November and just didn’t want to mess with it in the cold. Removing and installing plastic parts and panels often doesn’t end well when you are out there in the freezing cold.
The snow plow/camper package also takes a lot of the rake out of the truck

I added the Camper Package to my order as hauling a heavy slide-in is my main reason for buying. My question is the in-bed 7 pin outlet included? Looking at the specs I don’t think it is but wanted to confirm. I saw a YouTube video on installing a Ford OEM part which includes an adapter that plugs in at the back of the bumper 7 pin and runs a new cable to the bed and includes the outlet with door. Has anyone done this? Looks simple in the video. Video below.

No, the camper package doesn't give you the 7 pin in the bed. That is part of the 5th wheel prep.
I figured it was, but I believe his statement is incorrect, at least based off of my 22 with HCTT and Camper package. As I understand it, the base 250 comes with a standard 3 pack leaf spring and I have 5 springs on mine. The camper package specifically states that it includes the helper spring, which would be a 4th and the HCTT package added one more to give me 5 total. But, I could be wrong too. Maybe someone has one with the HCTT only that can share a picture?
HCTP only, no camper package on my 250, 5 total springs
