Who sell new bed rails, 8 ft , for this bed, they are the rails that bolt the bed to the frame

If you're referring to the crossmembers that go under the bed floor the only ones that were available from Ford were the rear sill, that's the rear most crossmember that is "under" the tailgate and the front crossmember that was directly behind the cab. The other crossmembers were only supplied with the bed floor, not separately.
The rear sill is available as a reproduction. As far as I know, no one reproduces any of the other crossmembers including the front one.
