Old thread and likely a unique situation… but recently purchased this safe. Went to remove the 10mm bolts holding down the console and snap. The screw head snaps right off and the other side is likely going to have the same outcome. I only say that because the bolt is locked in there. Seemingly with a heavy dose of blue locktite. If I were to go out on a limb I’d say no one else has had this problem (just my luck). Any advice on retapping these holes? What are these bolts actually connected to, the floor?

I had the pax side one snap off, driver side I was more careful with and got it out fine. Put all back together less the broken bolt and no issues or rattles going on almost 3 years now.
Yes, the driver's side one was caked with blue lock tite.
