Hi all. I’m in need of a new firewall mounted accelerator pedal assembly for my 1966 F250. I haven’t been able to find one on any of the usual parts sites. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
Burban, Is this what you need? This is the part that bolts to the firewall. You can buy the plastic/rubber accelerator pedal that mounts to the floor (new) from the parts vendors.

Burban....not to be repetitive, but there is one which the pedal hangs from a cross-pin at the end of the rod and doesn’t touch the floor. The one in the photo uses a pedal that screws to the floorpan and rests on the shiny part of the rod that you see. I think that the one I have came from a 66 but I don’t know what year trucks used which style of pedal. In any case, if you’re sure that you want the one I show, you can have it. Just reimburse me for mailing which should be about $15-18. You can PM me your address if you want to follow up, and I’ll send you my paypal information.

crap. Sorry. My pedal mounts to the arm and hangs not to the floor. I was looking at the pic on my phone and didn’t look close enough. I appreciate the offer though!

If it doesn't have to be stock, LOKAR makes a bunch of different ones that hang off the rod and use the cable to the carb.
