The first inch or so of pedal travel is dead, once my pedal responds the engine immediately jumps from idle to 1100 RPMs. The response is the same in park or in gear.
I have a 2002 F250 CC.
My pedals are adjustable.
There is one connecter from the wiring harness to the pedal assembly; it has 10 pins but only uses 5.
If this is a problem that is only fixed by replacing the pedal assembly, can I put a standard, non-adjustable pedal in its place?
