The Asian guy got in trouble last week for yelling at my caregiver. My regular caregiver was out all week due to sickness, and each day I had a new sub. Well as stated previously, there are six buildings here with the 105 apt number, and the subs usually go to the wrong address. Thursday last week, the caregiver went to the Asian guy's apt, and he cussed her out. She informed the manager, and myself, and the manager went over and had a talk with him. Hopefully this week I will have my regular person here. Not so much for that, but everytime they send a new person I have to "train" them in what needs to be done and how to do it correctly. Gets old fast.
Maybe if you get the Asian guy to be hired as your caregiver, then your packages won't get lost. Sometimes seniors and disabled people get to hire friends and family. The agency that provides administration has to put that person on the payroll, because that is the person you want. Maybe you can get them to hire your granddaughter. Have her help you with what you need, and she gets paid.

Sounds like it's time to renumber the apartments! No wonder the Asian guy gets all your packages.
It doesn't make sense to me why they do that. They should make it all one address, and then each building a different letter. Like Building A-105, B-105 etc. Or, why not put a directory and the two entrances, showing the different apartment building numbers, and where each unit is? That would be faster and cheaper than going through the hassle of changing all the addresses. Granddaughter moved to Arizona. don't think she is coming back except to get her stuff.
If I move into 105, after they evict The Asian Guy, I already know what I will do. When Jim's caregiver comes to my door by mistake, I will just let them in to do my laundry, clean my apartment, and cook my food. Jim would sit there all day, wondering when the caretaker was showing up. All the time, the caretaker is taking care of me.

If my caregiver is not here by 12:15pm, I call the company and they call the caregiver. Nice try.
Yeah, any number system other than what they have now has got to be an improvement. LOL
