I have a 2014 150, seems to be developing a hesitation going between D and R, or back. No visible drips on truck, but pink like trans fluid on driveway. I'm told this is a sealed trans, can't add fluid or service it. REALLY??!!

You can check the level and add fluid but as RLXXI stated it is less than ideal. The dipstick (if you want to call it that) is only accessible underneath the truck on top of the fluid pan flange. I’m sure there is a video on the internet that would point you in the right direction. You would also need an oil jug with some type of pump. I’m cheap so I used a new chemical sprayer that I bought for under $20. It had a brass nozzle that I cut and bent into a hook shape. It worked fine for me but there are better options available. Mine wasn’t leaking though. I just changed the filter and fluid.
Saw the utube. $238 for a friggin dipstick??
Tks, ill crawl under &see if it's low on fluid SEVERAL timed before i pay that.
Yeah definitely more than I want to spend. Checking it with the Ford provided dipstick isn’t a big deal just watch your hands. The exhaust is right there.
"Less than ideal" lol You win understatement of the year.
Op wear heat resistant gloves and get a hot sleeve for your arm as you still have to check it with engine running. If you need to add some you'll need a fluid pump to push it up into the dipstick hole.
You may or may not have a scan tool capable of reading TFT sensor data so just do it the old fashioned way and warm the truck up good after you check it cold.
TKS!! Got a Ford Fast Lane dealer, he says they'll check it next time in for free. Acts like it's low, pink oil on driveway. Looked for drips under trans area, none. Then it occurred to me there's trans fluid all the way to cooler, Ill check for drips there
