Nav not working

Nav not working
2019 f150 5.0.
My navigation is acting up. No GPS, says I’m in random towns. Works correctly about 10% of the time, then for no reason gets lost. Been to dealer several times and they have “reset/ Reprogramed to no avail. Service department to be at a loss.
Thoughts??

I think there's some threads on this, I remember reading about it. I think it has to do with the head unit essentially locking up. My wife's '19 did that ONE time, but thankfully reset after sitting for a bit. If it DOESN'T reset then I think the solution is a new head unit.
I could be wrong on that, hopefully I am, but I don't think i'm too far off.

For the life of me, if the Service Department is at a loss for words, I'd walk not so calmly to the Truck Sales Manager and loudly ask him to go kick the service advisor in the ****, If that didn't work, I'd take the truck and all future business to another Dealer. Good luck, I know it's frustrating but we spend too much for idiots to say
