My last 2 trucks were SCSB. This is my first crew cab, although lord knows I drove enough of them in my military career.
As for the back seat, I didn't care. I didn't buy the trucks to ride in the back seat.

Seldom have rear seat passengers and for me a crew cab is just to long and more difficult to maneuver. Also,a crew cab wouldn't fit in my carport.

2022 F-250 XLT 7.3 3.55’s ordered 4/16/21, delivered 9/2/21.
If I were you I’d save myself $8000 plus diesel maintenance fees and get the 7.3 with the 3.55’s or the 4.3’s.
