This is partially true... There are higher voltage IDM's available from places like Diesel Tech Chattanooga, Swamps, etc. But, those are modified aftermarket. All IDM's from the factory and Ford for the 7.3L are the same voltage.

Learned something new today. I always thought the 100, 110, 120 meant the voltages were higher. Thanks for the correction.

No worries sir. This is one of those 7.3L "internet lore" things that is difficult to change.

Also, Albert Einstein once said "Once you stop learning, you start dying".

Yep, that is where I got my info from. I read it on the internet so it must be true. LOL

So what does it sound like guys what’s the next move. I unplugged the vch going to injectors 2,4 which are 2 I am getting codes for and obviously they didn’t buzz but I did hear a click from them. And I still got the codes on them injectors. Does anyone think maybe this is a sign it’s the idm? If anyone believes that there is a good chance it is that I am willing to go buy a junkyard one.
