floor board lights

did any of the super duties come with floorboard lights or is their a way to add them to light up the floor area? thanks

Yes, part of the ambient lighting....not sure about adding them though. I think the ligts are mounted under the dash pointing towards the floor up front in trims that included them.

Both my 2017 and 2022 KR running boards have lights at each end. Mirrors also have "puddle lights" to illuminate the ground.

The OEM system is a bit light (yuk yuk) on ambient lights for my 19 Lariat. I bought a bunch of 6 bulb LED pods and re-did the ambient lights. Mine is blue but white is available. 3" stick with 3M tape. Pretty easy project but the price of LEDs has gone up because of the plague.

I got mine at 5-Below tucked them all up nice and tied them into the rear usb in the counsel using a usb hub also from 5-Below.

Mine use the OEM circuit so they're off unless the doors are opened during the day.
