Well I'd say you've located the problem. As Randy stated above, that is the ICM or TFI, not the ECM. It sounds like you have a bad/intermittent connection at the distributor side of that kit.

You are correct. I don't know why I've been saying ecm for so long lol. Thanks for the correction. ICM got it.
