Crank no start
When I first you out there it'll crank and run for about 30 seconds died. Then it won't do nothing. Just crank. The p2285 code is cuz I unpluged pressure control sensor. No Ficm sync and doesn't read rpms.
The not reading dtc's has me confused to. Any idea's. Don't want to through money at it, just guessing.

No rpm's when cranking. But went out after work to look and hook up Forscan and it started Wright up. Ran about 30 seconds and died. I know a good bit about the 6.0 but with out it feeding codes it's hard. The ones I got where on self tests and the dashboard of Forscan. Says it can't read Ficm. Checked oil. Have 60 psi fuel pressure.
Am thinking cam senser also.

Testing the crank sensor:
To troubleshoot the ckp sensor: Check the resistance between the connector on the PCM Pin 30 (harness side) and Pin 41 (harness side). Resistance should be 300-400 ohms. The CKP reading you should be getting from the CKP sensor, is between 150 to 200Hz, directly proportional to engine cranking RPM when the engine is cranked over

Update on no crank. ckp omb'ed Out in parameters. The truck will start and run great for about 15 seconds and die. Have rpm's when running. Then won't crank for 30 40 minutes.
I think my bigger problem is my link to the truck won't read dtc's. That's on laptop with hardwire connection. When I switch over to BLUETOOTH, torque pro, connection quits after about a minute. Without data I am really flying blind. Any suggestions?

Here's today's update. Checked harnes and all wireing best I could. Wiggled the harnesses to see if I could get a different outcome. No luck.
I put it on a flat bed and sent it to Roy's Diesel. He has a lot of experience with 6.0s. I believe it is electrical.....But, Bismic did mention in one of his post that if an injector has an internal failure and bleeds back through the system in will shut down. I replaced an injector (no. 1) last January. I purchased it from Roy. So Wright now he's going to diagnose and call. I'll decide what to do then.

Well got truck back. PCM was toast. I guess that solved the connection problems. Truck runs good now, but I lost my tune. Thats not good, tire size adjustment is gone, speed limiter, gone.
I'm gonna call super chips and see what I can do with that. Thanks for all the input. I do appreciate it.
