If the degas cap is ok and your engine is deleted, a test drive with a coolant pressure gauge will give the answer to HG/head problems.

If I had done a better job of maintaining my coolant system I probably wouldn’t be changing out the radiator! My mechanic did do a coolant pressure test along with the clear bottle test that’s how he was able to determine my problem. Now that I know that, what items do I need to replace other than the HG and studs? As I’ve said, I’ve already replaced injectors, glow plugs, HPOP, and EGR delete! Just want to be done with repairs at this point!

What oil cooler did you have installed (brand and/or place of purchase)?
Same question on the HPOP.
Plan on going back in with an EC-1 rated ELC coolant? It is highly recommended to do so if you haven't already.
