Sunroof is optional on a Platinum for 2022 and is not standard equipment like previous years. On my build by the time I added all the options to a Lariat that are standard on a Platinum (Ultimate Trailer Camera package, Power Running Boards, Heated rear seats, Adaptive Cruise) the Platinum was only $1500 more. I feel the difference in resale will more than make up for the delta, so I went with the Platinum.

I ordered the Platinum. Seats, tech et cetera is the main reason. The one thing I don't like about the Platinum which I wish was an option to delete is the chrome tramp stamp on the tail gate. I'm fairly certain I'll get it blacked out when I receive the truck...it's shipped so I'll have it in two or three weeks. More than likely I'll also have the grill and side badges blacked also if it doesn't cost me thousands.
