Tire pressure sensor question.

Hey all:

So I totalled my old '06 F250 SD and after dealing g with insurance and all, I now am in a '21 F250 SD.

Apparently the spare doesn't have a sensor in it and when used for its i tended purpose will continue to alert to a low tire pressure until the original tire is fixed and replaced.

Question i have, and that the guy at discount tire couldn't answer (young kid so no suprise there) is, If I have a sensor placed in the spare will it confuse the system or is it just a matter of when I get the tires rotated (I do incorporate the spare in my rotations) they will just have to co figure all the sensors to the truck leaving which ever tire gets moved to the spare location out of the mix?

Thanks in advance:
TBRA

i have one in my '19 and it does not, but i did not train it either. on rotation, i just did the ones on the ground, and told them where they were.
