Moved my camshaft / timing chain jumped

2008 Ford Expedition 5.4L 3v
Was doing lockout kit install on driver side.
While removing the camshaft bolt from the phaser, the camshaft rotated and moved the chain CCW. I should have braced the camshaft with vice grips to prevent this.
I cant install the phaser now because the nub is now out of reach from the phaser and will not be correct anyway.
How do I move chain and camphaser back CW?

PS. Im a ******* and your average DIYer. Easy terms please

You're supposed to remove three roller followers from each bank. Also, new ford phasers are a better idea than lockouts.

You're still ahead of most guys though bc so many people just pay someone else thousands to do it.
