This might not be exactally it, but it sounds to me like your brushes in the steering wheel have gone bad. The brushes keep a constant contact with a "ring" on the wheel,so when you are turning, your horn, cruise, and your airbag will keep contact. If the airbag connection is bad the airbag light will blink. And the abs is somehow connected to all of that rigamarow. The reason I say this is I have an aftermarket steering wheel which I had to remove the airbag (dont trust them anyway) to put it on. I used the existing horn wire to hook up to the aftermarket wheel. And eventually the brushes went bad and my horn stopped working. Oh yeah when I unplugged the airbag, the light started blinking, I just covered it with tape.... hey it works...lol.
