89 E350 7.5 injector issue
I don't know if local parts stores carry rebuild kits..

Rig up a spray can of carb cleaner and tubing to the top of the injector while using the battery is the simplest way to try to clean an injector in an emergency that I know of.. perhaps someone else knows a better way with out a shop.. You may be able to find a injector electrical socket at a parts store or junk yard. That would make it much easier to connect the battery. You don't what sparking close to the carb cleaner.
How long have you owned this RV? Before this trip, how long did it sit?
On the drivers door frame you should have a calibration code sticker. What is the number?
Should look something like this

I have very little experience with the 7.5 engine most of my experience is with the 5.0 and 5.8 On both of those engines you must remove the upper intake plenum to remove the injectors.. I am going to guess it is the same on the 460 but even less room to work! If #5 is your leaking injector then you are going to have to dissemble the upper half in order to get the injector out to replace it.
A couple of things to check. If you use connect a fuel pressure gauge and prime the system then it should hold somewhere around 40 PSI unless you have a leaking injector or bad valve in one of the pumps allowing the fuel pressure to flow backwards. A lot of people clamp off the fuel supply line after priming the system to eliminate the pressure leaking back through the pumps, which it should not..
If the coil is good in the injector then perhaps it has just built up some crud around the pental and can not close all of the way.. There is a cleaning method where you disable the fuel pumps by pulling the relay and connect a injector cleaner directly to the schrader valve. This is under pressure. You start the engine and run the pure injector cleaner through the fuel rail and injectors until the cleaner is gone and the engine stops. That might be a simple fix. The best fix is to replace them all but then you are going to have to do some work... If you have fuel leaking from the intake around the cylinder head then you also have a vacuum leak there. That can set everything off because now you have a lean cylinder. Also coolant runs through some of the passages so if the gasket is already weak then you might want to think about replacing the lower intake gaskets ASAP
Here is a list of the original ford part numbers used on your van I was able to come up with from your calibration code..
