that's about what i was guessing, i have to use my truck for work next week towing the trailer ill be towing Im normally around 22k lbs gross and i have to go around 2k miles round trip so i need to get my injector o rings replaced first and don't have the time to do it myself. my boss is giving me $400 for me to use my truck i was hoping that ford would charge less than that to do the work. my breaks are down to about 25% so i will probably put new breaks on and a new glow plug relay, so im hoping this will at least be able to be a good chance to get some needed maintenance done on my truck without paying a lot out of pocket. im sure the truck would probably make the trip without doing anything to it but for peice of mind i atleast need to get the o-rings and gp relay replaced im hoping to get everything done for under 600
i am capable of doing it myself its just the issue of time, they have been needing to be done for some a while now, and i still havent gotten to it, if i can get the o-rings done for 400 or so ill be happy to take it to the dealership if they want like 6-700 for just the o-rings ill end up doing it myself, but i cant imagine book time on it being more than 3 hours,
fuel filter is black but not like caked with oil last i checked smoke, hesitation and running rough at 2500 rpm's. a loss in power bluish-green tint to the fuel. smoke on cold start and hard cold start are all my main problems right now
