I don't know but I'm getting boost from the turbo like normal.
I've only read about this blinking deal on one other truck but his just went away on it's own after a day or 2 according to the post I read.
My ‘15 did the same to me one time. Heading west through Montana on I-90 pulling my 18K GVW Raptor. I had just pulled Bozeman Pass, stopped on top to take the dogs out for a pee break, letting the truck Idle. Started down the other side and no E-brake, light would just flash as described.
On my next fuel stop I shut the engine off and when I re-started all was back to “normal”. I put normal in quotes, because I don’t think that truck had a normal and FoMoCo never did figure it out while I owned it.

Thanks Don, that is pretty much what the post I read about happened with that truck but no luck with mine, I've restarted several times & still have the problem.

OK. That truck had multiple electronic issues and after 1 year went away. But the blinking EB light never did return. On that particular trip, which was actually its maiden voyage, when I got to my destination in AZ I took it in to Ford and left it for a couple days. They told me it had a couple of “latent codes” (whatever that means) but could find nothing wrong. They couldn’t tell me what the “latent codes” were, or what they meant! Hmmmm??????
My truck was doing that after I blew off the CAC hose. the hose clamp flew across the front of the engine and clipped the air sensor connection just after the air breather. just enough to wiggle it loose and break the safety clip. i unfastened and refastened that connection and cleared the code using torque pro and drove it another 700 miles with no issue. this literally happened last Thursday while pulling my Jeep to Hot Springs from fort worth.
