Brake light?

Brake light?
Is the brake light supposed to come on when the E-brake is depressed? It's not right now, bulb?

a brake light on the dash comes on, but i dont think the rear lights (stop) come on.

The red light on the dash is supposed to come on could be the switch on the park brake pedal.

Thanks you guys. I'll check the light with the ignition on and see if it comes on at all, if not, then maybe it's the bulb?
