2011 Fuel Injector Issue

Hey all 2011 F-350, (6/10 Build Date) spit the #3 & #4 fuel injecotors out of the head. What am I in for on this thing? I have yet to tear it down too far, Im kinda hoping there isnt internal damage, no CEL's prior to the issue, possible a glow plug tip broke off and caused this?

sarge, engines in your build date range were known to have weak valves. So much so, that 6.7l built 3/11 and later got redesigned heads and valves.. I hope that's not your problem, because if it is, will be costly.

I knew the earlier trucks had valve issues, Im preparing the customer to have to dive into the truck. He let his dad borrow it and this s how it came back.
