Your last picture is blurry. Can you type out the "P" codes?
I saw a P1378 (I think) which indicates a bad FICM - low logic power. That does not correspond to the LPower voltage you posted earlier, so not sure what is going on there.
I also thought I saw a P0670 which would indicate a bad GPCM.
Can you please post the cranking rpms, and the injector pulse width - again when cranking?

Im still figuring out how to use this scanner - so no rpms right now - batteries charging & clearing pcm
Also, glow plug control module new last year - still have old one - a lot of what I've done is trial and error with help from others who think they know something
Board in ficm is new - right now changing pigtail for icp
The board that you replaced is the power board. It has nothing to do with the logic side. To repair the logic side of the FICM, you need to send it in. P1378 MIGHT come from low system voltage when cranking (ie low batteries). It could also be loose connections. P1378 is initiated when the logic voltage drops below 7 volts.
