Are you sure that you've got the Engine at TDC, and not 180 out?, are you sure the firing order is correct, and yes, I personally would remove the vacuum advance, when doing initial startup.

 

so i put in stopper rotate clockwise till it stops, mark balancer rotate other way till it stops mark balancer than mark center of them two marks = TDC?

This is how ive read it to be done

 

Are Both the intake and exhaust valves closed on #1, where you've marked the balancer?

 

What year?

 

Are you still trying the MSD box and if so is it a 6A or a 6AL?
If it is a 6AL do you have a RPM limit chip installed?
I cant remember what happens if you don't have one installed but me thinks it will not run as it has no way to limit the MAX RPM.
