power window switch bezel?

power window switch bezel?
so the shipping tape isn't the best way to secure this, but the plastic attachment points all broke off. the part that holds the speed nut is completely gone, as is the slot for the friction tab. any ideas how to repair this without replacing the door panel?

The OBS Solutions repair kit is pretty nice. It is a little tricky to install. Test fit several times with the bezel in place before drilling the holes for the aluminum plates. Also, I had to use a dremel to remove a little of the broken areas.
