Ok in my ‘68 the turn signals have gone out. Checked the fuse and I’m getting power to the gauge cluster. The switch in the column is fine. Could it be a bulb?
What do you mean by "gone out"? If they just quit blinking, it could be a bad flasher . If the lights don't come on at all, it could be a bad bulb. Bad grounds can cause all kinds of problem.

Blinkers started working it was what the past gentleman said about the brake light switch. Found out my brake lights are out as well. If anyone has any recommendations on where to find one please point me in that direction
The brake lights and turn signals share the same circuit but they are both fed by a fuse. Start with the fuse first or check for voltage at the brake light switch hot side. From there they go through the turn signal switch which could be bad. Check the connector coming out of the steering shaft to make sure it didn't get kicked loose. It can drop down and get in the way or your left foot. Probably the turn signal switch but eliminate other potential sources before you tear into it. Plenty of posts to search on sources for switches.
How do you know the TS switch is okay? The brake lights and turn signals both run through it. This is how the turn signals on either rear lamp will still flash even though the brakes may be applied.

after some playing around my turn signals work but brake lights don’t. I’m thinking either the brake light switch or fuse
I had problems with my turn signals and brake lights also. I knew my TS switch was bad though because the centering tabs were broken. I would have to lift up on TS lever to get some brake lights. Long story short, replaced TS switch and all is good.
