Turn Signals Quit Working

on the way in this morning I notice my turn signals not working! I have flashers and it seems that when I try to use the turn signal stalk it won't stay engaged! any Ideas!

If the signal won't stay engaged then there's a problem inside the column. Most likely you'll have to replace the turn signal cam. I'm not sure on the year of your truck but if you pull the steering wheel off it'll be whatever the signal lever is attached to.

You should also check if none of the bulbs is burnt, just in case.

think I have it deduced down to I need a new T/S switch. the fuse is ok and I did get them to wrok intermitantly when playing around with the switch. geuss it is off to Auto Zone to burn a $50 bill.
