Rear Lowering Shocks?

PO installed DJM drop suspension front and rear on my 66, running stock shocks. Front can use stock shocks since drop is at the spindles.

The rear however is another story. It's pretty bouncy and the Monroe pt# has a 12.5" compressed length. I measure 14" eye to eye unloaded, and there's 2" between the axle and bumpstops.

I looked up the shocks DJM offers, their compressed length is 12.25" and 19.5" extended, practically same as the Monroe. So... Does anyone know of a more appropriate shock? I'm not having any luck in the Monroe catalog finding a shorter shock.

KYB has a catalog that lists shocks by type, including attaching points, length and damping rate.

You probably need to move the shock mounting points to put the shock back into a more vertical position.
