Listor, not sure if this has been brought up, but have you also sprayed the soapy solution on the exhaust side? I found a few leaks that way.
I also notice you are running those orange stock boots from the plenums....I had a set that would not seal no matter how tight I got them. I ordered the ones from RiffRaff and the clamps with plenum inserts and that took care of that.

I has some serious leaking from those stock boots with 246K miles on them as well. I put the Riffraff inserts and boots on. Very glad I did, but what a pain in the neck (and arms) that was! Those are some stiff boots, should easily outlast the stock boots by double!
