Leveling kit questions

Ever since I got my 77' F100, I have hated the difference in height between the front and rear wheels. The back is about 2 inches higher than the front, making for an awkward stance. I know this is from factory and there is nothing I should be concerned about mechanically wise, but its just weird. I'll have to look more into this, but I was wondering If I could just do a body lift at the front to level out the height difference.
My questions are...
A. Is it possible to level it out without getting new coils and springs?
B. What the actual height difference is? I measured earlier today and got 2.5" difference, but I have seen online that it is 1.5", 2", and 2.5". (I know .5" doesnt make much of a difference, but I want to get it the best that I can.)
C. Reference/tutorial videos or guides?
D. Any modifications or problems that I might encounter while doing it?

Thanks, Sam

After some thinking, body raising just the front would leave a gap of sorts where the cab meets the bed. I looked at coil spacers and was wondering if they would work. Anyone have experience with them?

Either lower the rear or do a front leveling kit which will involve having the I beams bent.

I believe those coil spacers can cause a caster/camber issue on 2wd. What about taking the OEM rear axle block out and using one 1/2 a tall?

I have a 3” rear lowering kit I am not using if you are interested.

Anything in the front will require alignment corrections.

I agree that lifting the front would cause too many problems, and lowering the back is now the solution. I guess the plan is to lower the back by probably 1.5". I looked and there were no axle blocks, so getting smaller ones would not work.

2. After leveling, could I then do a 2" body lift just for the hell of it, and still have it be level?

Lowering the rear will increase front Castor and all around make the truck track starter down the road.

Im not super worried about the caster changing, as many people do it. Another thing I thought of though is to body lift the cab, and body lift the front part of the bed. It would still raise the front, but would not make a gap

Just put some sand bags in the bed and call it a day. You're tossing out some bad ideas. Body lift 3/4 of the truck? Really?

i pulled the over load/helper spring out of my stock packs and it dropped about an inch, or a set of shackles like this will drop the rear 2 inches drop shackles. I wouldn't body lift half the truck, the front bumper wont fit right and you body lines will never match up. Also a body lift is alot of work I have done both body and suspension lifts and I would rather do a suspension lift myself.
