Leveling kit for 1 1/2" ???

i measured my '04 f250 CC 4x4 today and found out that it only is 1.5 to 1.75 in low in the front end.

Any idea of a Leveling kit for that slight of a rake forward? that you would recomend? there are so many different ways to level.

Or maybe not even worth screwing with?

Im going from stock 16" wheels and P265/75R16's to a P285/65 R18.

Will i even need it? you have to look awfully close to detect the slant and see the 1.5 in slope......

Thanks guys.

That makes total sense. Any particular MFG that you would point me towards? most all leveling kits iv'e seen are all 2.5" or 2.7".

Great idea.

Remember that an add-a-leaf will make the front springs much less flexible (ride quality suffers).
I seriously doubt you will need to raise the front with those size tires.

I guess a little education is needed. I hear a lot of people talk about "F 350 Blocks".

What exactly are those and how do they alter the suspension?

Leveling kits are made for F350's because the rear blocks are 2" taller than the blocks that come in the F250's.

Look around on the web at all the 4x4 sites as there are tons of options for leveling the 250 as well as lifting. Stock I had a 2" rake and debated on this as well and was going to level mine in the front and put the 350 block in the back to keep a little rake but after bouncing around for a long time I decided to lift 4" so that I got a complete new spring pak in the front. I am running 285/75/16 Bridgestones on Stock wheels and love them. I just installed the lift last week and have had no rub or other tire issues with or without the lift.

That is a good idea, i have also thought about doing a 2.5" level in the front and Firestone airbags in the rear, that way i can adjust the rear depending on what im towing/hauling and make it balance out no matter what.

Thanks for all the input guys, i am listening to everything and all viewpoints are being considered. I just want to affect the ride as litle as possible.

Once i figue out how to post pics, i will put her up here so we ll know what we are dealing with!!
