I need bumper ideas!

As the title states I need ideas for a new front bumper!

I have looked around and don't really see anything that makes me go wow nice!

I want brush guard, 2" receiver tow hooks are a must!

I think Outlaw was one I considered when I ended up with a Ranch Hand grille guard. This was a few years ago though and I have slept since then and had my share of IPA's.

@AllaboutMPG has a great solution as well.

EDIT: I was looking for what Paul has and found the recent thread where you were hit by a semi.

lol i got all overwhelmed looking at bumpers, i know they are going to pay for most of it, but i want something more

that being said i want the 2" receiver so i can take a winch from the front to the back if need be!

since my rough country light bar was not totaled i will want to remount that, i love that obnoxious light!

I was even looking at front and rear combo units, but found nothing that hit me

If you can weld, Move Bumpers are infinitely customizable. I think they even have a bolt-together line of bumpers too now. @Dan V has one.

Here's my Move.

All of that attached to the OEM bumper mount. Even though I welded the clevis mounts to it, I really don't think I'd be willing to use a ****** strap on it. The OEM tow hooks had a very good connection to the frame, where this bumper does not.

That first link looks good, I like the open headlight setup. That's my only complaint with my Ranch Hand. It does block the headlights some, I've adjusted them for low beams the best I can but brights are basically useless. A LED light bar and a couple pods fixed that up though. I still consider cutting that horizontal out a bit and adding a vertical to keep some strength.

That's why I got the bullnose style bumper....I have hit 2 deer with it....no damage to bumper or lights, cant say the same for the deer though. I have LED fogs underneath now and will be putting up my Rigid set soon.

I'm surprised as long as they have been around. Don't have this issue with the Outlaw bumper

I have the Ranch Hand Legend grille guard. It is the same shape as the Ranch Hand Legend bumper, but without the bumper.

I do not see the headlight blocking that the others are mentioning, but perhaps the grille guard fits differently.

Find something you like and go with it. We are strange weirdos on the internet...

Mine maybe rides a hair higher than yours, could just be a difference in the angle they were taken. Some of that movie magic you know. I've always thought it was more in the distance the bar ran from the headlight that caused the obstruction.
