Excellent news. The stretching exercises are the critical thing to pay attention to. The ligaments tighten during recovery so not stretching them properly leads to a reduced range of motion.
Have you checked Riff Raffs swag section for a concierge bell she can ring when your assistance is required. Maybe they can one off something for ya right quick.

I had ACL/MCL/meniscus surgery a couple months before my mom got a total knee. Her recovery was a breeze compared to mine. I was ‘no weight bearing’ for a week and limited range of motion for another few weeks. It was miserable and extremely limited what I could do. Mom was basically back to normal in a few weeks.
I agree about the physical therapy. You must do the exercises and stretches daily as prescribed and not just at the PT place a couple times/week and while insurance is paying for it. It’s not fun, but greatly decreases down time and reduces future issues.
Thanks everyone for the support, although she had a rough night we are getting into the groove of the pain management, and the practice of what it takes for her to get around.
we have already started doing the exercises that where sent home with us, it will an interesting week for sure she is already telling to go to work and leave her alone! Lol I am not going to do that she is stuck with me for the rest of the week regardless!
HAHA sounds like a semi serious case of PMS. I like the ranch hands too. Ive been trying to find something thats a blend between the pipe style and something that sticks out less. I like the steel craft, kind of a mix of both.https://realtruck.com/p/steelcraft-h...ord/f250/2002/

Its Molotov brand.
We upgraded AND added a 2nd factory filler for the vegetable oil tank also under the bed. (44gal Excursion tank)
Will finish riveting them in when we can find more rivets. ‘Supply chain issues’.
HAHAH I love it
When I hear "supply chain issues" I just want to punch babies. Half the time its a BS excuse.
As the title states I need ideas for a new front bumper!
I have looked around and don't really see anything that makes me go wow nice!
I want brush guard, 2" receiver tow hooks are a must!
I made this at a buddys shop that had a cad and water jet cutter.e very graciously let me run wild in his welding shop. I cut everythig there took it home built it with tack welds and went back to do the real welding . It’s been on there for 12 years. I hit a boar with it once and it put a small dent on the front face plate under the fog light location. I woild also use a pipe bender to make the corners. I didn’t have a pipe bender so you can see the angle cuts I had to make in order to get the corner on the brush guard section. Also th should of smoothed the welds more . Bu tit was my first bumper.
if I was to do it again I would make it a bit different as it sticks out a lot from the front end. I would of tucked it in more.
i bought a old used Ranch hand that looks very similar and I’m gonna fix the bent section and use it on my F250.
well if I was to do to all again I would probably just buy one
