IMO, yes. they are 6-7 years old at this point. A failure waiting to happen. Replace them both at the same time. Odd electrical gremlins can show up with weak batteries.
Ok thanks, when replacing them can I disconnect one side replace it and go to the next side, disconnect it and replace, heard it was a good idea to leave one hooked up while replacing both?

Yes. that way you wont lose all your radio settings, etc.
Have a 2015 powerstroke with original batteries, they tested around 550 cca, when should they be replaced?
as a general rule, battery manufacture is the authority for useful life. The manufactures warranty is an indication.
batteries will hold a warm weather charge past that. But as batteries age and sulphate, they run the risk of plate shorts . When that happens your charging system maybe damaged.
since you achieved useful life use.....it’s not worth the risk to continue to use old batteries.
I have one of these. It automatically desulfates the battery. It looks like it isnt doing anything sometimes but it works great. I almost through mine out but left it plugged in and it was just doing it's thing. I also have a battery tender. https://smartercharger.com/
Batteries should definitely be replaced at that age! Be thankful that you got that much life out of them! You will find lots of opinions here on batteries. I've been happiest with the Interstate Batteries. Factory calls for a Group 65 battery and you can pick them up at Costco for $99.99 each. That was the best price I could find anywhere on them. Just replaced both of mine at the end of April.
Heat kills batteries. Those in northern climates will tend to get more life out of their batteries. I'm in Michigan and got 7.5 years out of my original batteries (I'm not condoning nor recommending waiting that long!). I replaced them with Duracell 850 CCA batteries from Sam's Club and so far so good.
