Yes the dump works. I have had it up and down a couple times. I just hooked the power take off shaft up when we stabbed the engine and transmission in. It makes some noise, as the U joints are probably in bad shape. Haven't checked the oil in the pump / cylinder either. I do have a video on the first day we started the truck. Thanks this Old Ford truck has kept me out of trouble this summer. Just worked on it while I was resting. Still things to do. Have a pesky oil leak I am chasing on the rear. Going to try some thicker 40wt oil to see if that may help. Thrust may be worn in this engine?? Something I did not check when I put it together. I wanted to get it moving and this engine has done that for sure. Lot of Looks Lots of smiles!
