I am finally getting ready to switch out the cracked steering wheel in my truck. I have a 78 with a column from 73-77. Anyway of mounting a wheel from a bumpside on the column?
I prefer the horn ring to the rubber insert that flops on the dentdide wheels. Plus the plastic that holds the contacts in the rubber always cracks fast in my area due to heat here. I don't want a cheap aftermarket wheel that flexes or I have to fight with to get the blinkers correct.
