We went to a 50th anniversary for friends of ours. The outfit that catered was Capelo's Barbecue (http://capelosbarbecue.com/). Some of the best brisket I have ever had. Highly recommended!

Oh, Yeah! I know that place. Just South of Costco on Middlefield. In that area of "unincorporated" no man's land, bordering Menlo Park. The only part of the entire County of San Mateo which has a bikini drive-through coffee shack, and a strip club. Where every taqueria is named Gruyense, and has tacos under $2. One Vietnamese Pho noodle shop, which is terrible, and overpriced. There's no restaurant. It's a commercial building next to auto repair shops. You pick it up there, and take it to go. No place to sit and eat. I know a girl who orders food from there, and pretends that she made it. She takes it home, wraps everything into foil packets, then puts it on the cool side of her own BBQ. Pretending that she made everything, and is just keeping it warm waiting for the guests. I recommend. Their BBQ really is good. Keep in mind that I've never paid for anything there, just ate it at the cost of bring a case of Pabst Blue Ribbon to the cookout, but I suspect that the prices are not cheap.
What? no 2022 Ford F-150 due to a chip shortage? Simple solution. Build it without a chip. Make it affordable again for the average Joe. No computer operated side mirrors, or WIFI connectivity for the glove box door so Alexa can control it. Problem solved. Actually, they are just being delayed. I'm sure Ford would never get rid of the most popular pickup truck in automotive history.
Jim, I think your on to something about a no freals F150. I think it would still need a simple computer for the fuel injection. 4x4, air conditioner, manual transmission and fuel injection.
That would be great except for all the safety features that have become standard as well as those that have been mandated. For instance, I don't think you can purchase any vehicle smaller than an F250 without a backup camera.
