tailgate anti-theft locking method/devices?
We've been lucky over the years, and the tailgate on my 1970 F250 Camper Special is still attached and unmolested.
But, now the camper is removed, so the tailgate needs to go up.
What options are there for anti-theft devices? I know people have done things like change the bolt head patterns, but I'm sure I saw some other solutions for sale, but what I've found so far is for newer trucks.

Replace bolts with torques or other 'odd' fasteners. For your general thief just making something an inconvenience usually works.
you could also fabricate something that would make it more complicated to come apart.
