Theoretically yes. I can't remember if anyone on here has done it recently. Should bolt up to the trans also. Going by memory, I think the automatic will bolt up no problem, but the flywheel for the 460 on a manual setup might be too large for the clutch bell for the 400/351m. Someone else might remember, but think there is a interference problem with one of the bellhousings.
The trucks equipped with 460's also had a special front crossmember that had a dent in it for oil filter clearance, and it had a specific oil filter adapter bolted to the engine. If you do not have the dent, you will have to buy a aftermarket remote oil filter setup to make it all work.
