I am trying to help out a friend here,he needs to know the name of that company that makes the 460 engine swap kits for late 70's trucks. I asked this question before and tried searching but had no luck finding my original post. Anyone know???,,,,,98
I was actually helping a guy out on another board for late models(online) That site is as helpful on late-models as this one is on earlier ones. Thanks again,,,,98
I'm the one 98 was asking the question for. I was looking at a '78 Short bed SuperCab before finding the 77 in my other post. While on the subject of the '78, just how rare are short bed SC's of that year? I don't recall seeing many at all. I really like the body style, but the swap to a 460 for towing purposes(has a 351M in it) along with total replacement of the floor pan(swiss cheese) made me decide on the '77. If anyone is interested in it, it belongs to a co-worker, just let me know.

Here's a pic of mine. It has a 460/c6, air and cruise. The box is in rough shape but it run great. Picked it up for $600.00.
