Theft light after tune

Theft light after tune
Hi guys, I just went from the Econo tune on my SCT tuner to the Light towing tune (middle of three tunes) and now the Theft light will flash rapidly for a couple mins on start up. I don’t remember it doing this with the other tune. The truck (05 Excursion) starts great and runs really good. No other problems that I can tell. Is this going to be major problem? I’ve read somewhere that the Pats will lock you out and create a no start? Thanks for your help

Well unless there is an option in the tune you don't want to loose I would talk to who ever wrote the tune.
One other thing would be to see what happens if you only have the one key in the ignition and noting hanging
from it and test it that way. It should not make any difference but you never know.
