I'm getting a lot of movement in my steering wheel at low speeds. 20-25 mph going over small bumps or just uneven road, steering wheel turns to right and left a few inches. Not enough to create a hazard just annoying. Steering feels a little loose. At higher speeds I don't notice it and it drives straight. Been doing it since I had the BDS 4" lift put in with 38" mud terrains.(Fox shocks, dual steering stabilizer, adjustable track bar, radius arms). I have a slight vibration in the steering wheel and 70 mph, but not bad.
I am bringing back to the shop tomorrow for them to check it and see if they can do anything about it.
Do you think this is something I'll just have to live with and part of having a "lifted truck"?
Lots of discussions about this on here. Caster shims seem to be the best fix. Especially if your lifted.
Fox steering stabilizer helps too.
probably not caster. His new radius arms rotate the axle housing to correct the caster.. it's still worth checking but it probably isn't the issue.
Check for toe in, and steering box tightness. Something is probably loose.. Make sure all the hardware is torqued, especially the panhard. You need at least 400 ft lbs on that bolt...

Adaptive steering?
Thanks. I had to look adaptive steering up. I have an XL with few options, so I don't think I have it.

Just got it back from the shop, I mentioned all the things you said before he looked at it.
He said that the track bar bolt was loose and that he torqued everything else down. He said alignment was perfect.
After driving the truck it is almost perfect now, almost no movement in the wheel going over bumps.
Thanks for your help and thank you for all the other responses.
