Our Ford dealership changed all 4 tires, balanced (Road Force) and aligned. They looked at the drive shaft. Test drove with mechanic, he said it will be very difficult to correct the vibration. He said ‘It’s a truck, they do not run like cars’. I wanted to drop him off in a field
In conclusion: no solution here. Tried to speak directly to an engineer at Ford, not possible, referred back to dealer. In conclusion: no solution here. Tried to speak directly to an engineer at Ford, not possible, referred back to dealer. Dealer will buy it back and has ordered a new 2022.It almost seems like the dealer didn't do anything but I wonder what they are not telling you. No way Ford would buy back a truck due to a slight tire issue.
Can you tell us what the Written Reason is for the buy back? Just curious because they only replaced my fronts not the rears because I didn't want to have to wait another 2000 miles for them to say it's the same and also run bad tires on the back. That's a safety issue.

Had factory Goodyear crap tires that were close to being worn out. Sadly all 4 OEM shocks were also shot. Dealer here in MT had the first shot at DW fix, so I bought new tires and they replaced shocks under warranty, so still crap OEM shocks.
Not going to worry about upgrading shocks or anything else since the 2022 is in the que and should hopefully arrive around Sep 1.
