Opinion please !

I own an 2020 F-350 Limited and my front tires show excessive sawtooth tire wear on the outside edge. The vehicle has 9500 milles on it. I have been fighting a vibration since day one. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

Have tires been rotated ? I would get an alignment and new shocks to start. Factory shocks are really bad. 3 of the 4 shocks on my truck ( 2020 F350 FX4 package ) were leaking with less than 5k miles. Changed them to Bilstein's..I think any shock would be an improvement over OE.
When I took my OE shocks off I could collapse them by hand and they would extend very very slowly.

Get an alignment and tires balanced.

Mine are just starting looking like that and I also have the vibration. I brought mine in for the bump steer and they replaced the dampner and said the alignment was fine.
Thanks for posting this as I was about to but my tires are not that bad yet. I'll be going back to dealer and have them test balance and fix this before I get dual Blisteins put on..
I'm also going to ask about the tire recall and make sure mine are not on the list .

I would take it about, within the first year they should re-align and fix those tires.

Thanks everybody for all your answer. To date the vehicle has been aligned 2 times now and balanced rear tires 3 times. Have been contact Ford Canada for assistance they agree that this is not normal. As of now they are in charge of my case. Will keep you updated.
Thanks

Get an alignment and do a rotate. If you are normally running loaded or heavy make sure your shop knows this. We load the beds of the trucks that haul heavy when we align,
As far as vibration goes, get a road force spin balance.

x10 alignment with truck loaded as normally driven
air pressure set for how you normally are loaded and actual weights on the axle (go get weighed)
put these tires on rears when you have it aligned.
SHOCKS and or steering damper worn or leaking,
IMO t use balance beads vice weight, they will re-balance continually

and what is the normal load in back of bed or on the hitch?

Better check your tires for soft rubber that isn't cured. I had all four replaced on my 2020. The rubber looked like tar and was soft to touch.

Bad batch of tires? Like the compound wasn't mixed right? Call Michelin with the tire date of manufacture and serial numbers. I think the tires are the issue.

But I am/was a computer geek so what do I know. But you did ask for "opinions"

It would have been better to include what you've done for a problem before you asked for opinions on said problems.

I am almost thinking excessive air pressure and the tires are getting too hot and wear (scuff) on the outside edges when turning. I have the same issue and hasn't gone away. Tried numerous alignments, etc.

I run 65 front and 65 rear and think am going to go to 60 (or less) front and run it there to see what happens. Just inflate rears when towing heavy with the 5th wheel.

The other thought could be the air bags after inflation for towing maybe causing it from a change in geometry.

I had the same issue with the original Michelin's and the replacement Michelin's.
